Inventory Management:
Lot Purchasing
Advantages:
- Moves a volume of inventory quickly
- Converts your excess inventory into quick cash and working
capital
- Quickly eliminates carrying cost associated with excess
inventory
- Eliminates time and effort trying to sell unmarketable
and custom inventory that most original suppliers will not
take back.
Disadvantage:
- Return on investment is typically lower than other traditional
methods. Seek advice from your financial advisors on the
ability to account for a potential loss on the difference
of the LOT purchase and the original cost of inventory.

Consignment:
- We arrange for the shipment of material to our facility
- We record and report all sales activity of your product
and provide specific sales information to you. Your consigned
inventory will be stored in a separate location in our secured
warehouse. Your product will be entered into our inventory
database under a special code for easy tracking and reconciliation.
End-of-Life
Handling:
- We can inventory your end-of-life product for you for
up to three years to support your mature product life cycle.
- Carrying costs will be negotiated based on the term and
firm schedules provided. The costs generally run 1 - 1.5%
per month depending on the situation and the contractual
agreement.
- Product will be stored in a special storage area dedicated
to your product. You will have access to view available
stock on hand at all times.

Stock Management
Irtronix provides logistical
support to customers with End-of-Life product. These
services include detailed evaluation, inspection and
repackaging (as necessary) of End-of-Life inventory
as well as our full suite of value added services.
